Covering everything from Ofsted to CPD, he was the inventor of the 5 minute lesson plan (which is now available in digital format). In real life he is Ross Morrison McGill, Deputy Headteacher at an inner city London school and Design Technology teacher, author of 100 Ideas: Outstanding Lessons and a regular contributor to The Guardian.
